Security System Care Plan
Your business relies on its security system to do a job, so you should make sure it is subject to a regular service and maintenance schedule to ensure it continues to operate as it is intended to do so. Modern CCTV, Access Cotrol and Door Entry Systems should last for many years, provided they are looked after. The Care Plan from Securus provides a planned maintenance schedule for your security system at a fixed monthly cost, with the option to include cover for labour and parts in our ‘Enhanced’ and ‘Premium’ Care Plan options.
If your system is installed by us, our Care Plan will take account of any manufacturer warranty periods and all work will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. We can also service and maintain systems installed by other companies, subject to an initial inspection of the system.

Care Plan Wording
There is no requirement that we installed your original equipment, although we may need to carry out an assessment of your system before you can join one of our Care Plans. Cover dovetails with any Warranty Period that is in place in respect of any new installations by us.
